Q: What should I wear under my Thermologic Jacket or Vest?
A: Always wear a base layer under your Thermologic Jacket or Vest. Depending on the product purchased, your Thermologic Jacket or Vest may be suitable as a heated prime layer under your outer shell, or as your outer layer. Thermologic garments are designed to trap and heat the air inside the garment to keep you warm. Please note that by adding extra insulation under a Thermologic garment, you will feel less direct heat from the trace.

Q: How do I store Thermologic Power-Pacs in the off-season?
A: Remove your Thermologic Power-Pac unit from the product and fully charge it before storage. If storing for long periods, store the Power-Pacs in-doors and remember to recharge your Power-Pacs prior to use.

Q: Can you adjust the temperature?
A: All Thermologic items have three temperature settings: high, medium, and low. These settings correspond to an internal temperature of approximately 110, 100, and 85 degrees F respectivley. Use the lowest comfortable setting to maximize your heating time.

Q: How long do the batteries in the control units last?
A: Heat duration depends on the temperature setting used and the condition of the batteries. Fully charged batteries will last approximately 2 hours on High, 3 hours on Medium, and 4 hours on Low setting. See your product literature for full specifications.

Q: The indicator lights are flashing on the batteries. What do I do?
A: If the indicator lights are flashing, one of the following may have occured:

The Power-Pac may have experienced a build up of static electricity, triggering a saftey shutdown to protect the battery's electronics. Turn the unit off, and then press Heat to reset the unit.

The Power-Pac may have been turned on while not connected to a Thermologic product. Turn the unit off prior to connecting to your Thermologic garment.

The lithium battery in the control unit may not have enough charge to heat the printed trace. When the battery charge gets too low the lights will start flashing or it will simply turn off. Fully re-charge the control unit per your instruction manual, then attach the control unit and press the heat button to turn it on.

The Power-Pac may have a malfunction or sense a problem or damage with the printed trace. First, ensure your battery is fully charged and try the unit again. If the control unit warning lights re-appear even with a full charge, test a second or spare Power-Pac with the same garment if available. If another Power-Pac works correctly, you may have a control unit malfunction. If a second Power-Pac does not solve the problem or you do not have one to test, please call customer support at 877-945-6837.

Q: There are no lights on my charger. What do I do?
A: Check the sticker on the side of the charger to confirm it is the correct charger Voltage for the Power-Pac you are using. Jacket/Vest chargers are different from Glove and Accessory chargers. If there is no green or red LED when plugged in and attached to a Thermologic Power-Pac, please confirm the outlet is working with a different device before calling customer service.

Q: There are no lights on my Power-Pacs. What do I do?
A: First ensure you are using a fully charged Thermologic Power-Pac by recharging the battery per your manual's instructions. Next, connect the Power-Pac to your garment and press the Heat button. If no lights function, please call customer service.
